The weight sits balanced front-to-back, so it never drags on your shoulders.
Each pocket takes individual 200g weight bars, build up to your exact training weight one bar at a time, then strip it back down when it's time to move light.

V2 changes everything. We rebuilt the entire core around a modular zippered pocket system, so you control the load, and the vest works for way more than training.
- Removable weight pockets, multiple zippered compartments across the core. Add weight as you get stronger, strip it back when you want to move light. You set the intensity.
- Not training? Use them as storage. The same zippered pockets hold your phone, keys, cards, earbuds, everything you need on a run, a jog, or a walk. Hands-free, pocket-free, no armband, no bag.
